Lime Tree Lodge

Lime Tree Lodge is a boutique lodge on a ten-acre estate just outside Wānaka, at 672 Ballantyne Road. It has four en-suite guestrooms and two private suites, each with French doors opening onto the gardens and 360 degree mountain views.

Six acres of lawn carry Douglas firs, oaks and copper beech, and an avenue of lime trees gives the lodge its name. The exterior uses local schist stone.

An on-site helipad gives direct access to ski fields, glaciers and sounds. The whole lodge can be taken for exclusive use, and a separate Lime Tree Weddings page covers wedding enquiries.

Rated 4.3 from 44 Google reviews, 27 of them five stars and 3 at one star. Rooms have king-size beds with crisp cotton and designer linens, and the grounds hold rhododendrons, hostas and peonies.
