About Paradise Trust

Paradise Trust runs wilderness accommodation on a remote farm estate in Glenorchy, and weddings and elopements are one of its occasions. Couples can plan an elopement for two or hire the whole property so family and friends can stay for a day or more.

Ceremony locations include an open air iron chapel with vines grown around it, overlooking the braided Dart River and the mountains beyond, and an intimate forest spot with a wooden arch and rustic white park benches. Paradise Hall hosts ceremonies and small receptions.

Exclusive property hire runs for three days and two nights, with the property closed to day visitors, and catering, furnishings and styling are sourced externally. Guests stay in off-the-grid back country huts, historic cottages or boutique houses, and Miller House and The Annexe are both Category 1 Historic places.

Some accommodation suits people with mobility issues. Rated 4.8 from 62 Google reviews, 54 of them five stars.
