About Winehouse
Winehouse is an exclusive wedding and event venue in Gibbston, twenty minutes from downtown Queenstown and fifteen from the airport. The historic homestead, a restored turn of the century villa, sits among the vines with gardens, a lawn and terrace, alpine views and the Kawarau River nearby.
Weddings are held with exclusive use of the whole venue and grounds, including through winter. Ceremonies can be held in the garden or indoors in the homestead, and the indoor and outdoor Pavilion with a tented roof seats 30 to 250 guests for the reception.
A helipad on site lets couples fly up for mountain and lake photos. Catering comes through an exclusive partner, Queenstown Catering.
