About Desert Heart
Desert Heart is a wine estate on Felton Road in Bannockburn, set up by Denny and Jane to grow and make Central Otago Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay in the range as well. The cellar door and vineyard kitchen serve homemade platters and bites alongside tastings, and the label presents itself as grown, made and owned in New Zealand.
The estate is surrounded by the Bannockburn Bridge, Mount Difficulty, the Kawarau Gorge and the Kawarau River. Wines can be bought online for delivery in New Zealand or abroad, including reserve Pinot Noir by the six-pack and magnum.
